BIWECK is a global leading supplier of high performance carbon bicycle rims and wheels. 
Q:What material does your rims use?
We use full carbon material, such as Toray T700/800, M30 etc. combined with high TG resin make the rim have features of light weight but stiff strength, durability ,excellent performance, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance etc.
Q:What is your warranty period?
2 year warranty time for our carbon rims,wheels. Don't hesitate to contact us online or email for warranty issue.
If items are in original condition, 14 days return and refund are accepted. Buyer pays return shipping cost.
Notice: this warranty does not cover:
* Normal wear and tear, any damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse or stunt riding (veld bashing, riding down stairs, or similar activities).
* Improper assembly or improper maintenance is not covered by warranty.

Q:What is the payment terms?

Generally, 30% deposit after confirming order, 70% balance before shipment.
