Xiamen BIWECK Technology Co., Ltd is a very dynamic company with a professional team dedicated in carbon industry for decades. Our factory in Xiamen is well equipped with most advanced machinery, and leading technology of Carbon bicycle rims/wheels production. We designed and developed our own machines to adapt high efficiency and fine production, like carbon fiber prepreg weaving machine, automatic filament winding machine, multi-axial drilling machine, etc. A strong R&D team keeps on-going study and research for innovated technology in the carbon industry. Many high-tech projects are on the move together with Top Universities in China.

-Best raw materials. Imported carbon fiber from Toray Japan directly, and we developed and made our special resin (high tenacity, high Tg) to make best pre impregnated cloth.
-Automatic filament winding technology results in the stiffest and most durable laminate structure in the world.
-We did Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and applied the experience in product design, to make high performance rims (high stiffness/tension, durability)
-Series critical tests for resin material and product, e.g. DSC (differential scanning calorimeter), DMA (dynamic thermo mechanical analysis), finite element analysis (FEA), x-ray technology, parallelism test, etc.
-Advanced automatic machines make sure of efficiency and stability in production, e.g. Cutting, drilling, wrapping, grinding, painting.
-Analytical stress calculation in spoke’s angle and experimental verification basis on discrepant hubs’ drawing ensure the perfect wheel.
